The legal basis for the processing is art. 6 para. 1 lett. b): performance of pre-contractual measures also taken at the request of the data subject. - Data Retention period: for as long as is strictly necessary to enable us to contact you again.
Subscription to newsletters: request to subscribe to newsletters to those who request to receive them by filling in the relevant form, for sending information and/or commercial communications, in relation to products or services of CIPRIANI PHE SRL. To subscribe to the Newsletter, you must enter your name and email address. These data are necessary to qualify the datum and to deliver the emails.
If you no longer wish to receive the Newsletter and opt out, click on the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each email sent by the platform. In the event of problems, send a report or request for cancellation to the data controller through the email address indicated above.

4. ANY RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data may be processed by authorised parties belonging to the organisation of the data controller acting on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of the processing. In addition, the data may be disclosed to third parties who carry out outsourcing activities necessary for the purposes mentioned above, as data processors or independent data controllers. Specifically, they may be disclosed to: entities providing services for the management of the computer system and telecommunications networks; including e-mail, newsletters and website management.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA ABROAD
The company provides the service through the Mailchimp platform, owned by “the Rocket Science Group LLC” (USA), which undertakes by contract to process user data in accordance with the Standard Contractual Clauses, ensuring a level of protection of personal data adequate to the standards required by the European supervisory authorities (https://mailchimp.com/it/help/mailchimp-european-data-transfers/).
With the exception of the above, no personal data of the data subject will be transferred to a third country outside the European Union or to International Organizations.
6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Data subjects have the right to obtain from CIPRIANI PHE SRL, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the correction or deletion of such data or the restriction to processing that concerns them or to object to the processing (articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The specific application shall be submitted directly to the data controller at the addresses indicated on this website.
7. COMPLAINT
Data subjects who consider that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out via this website infringes provisions laid down in the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as laid down in article 77 of the Regulation, or to bring a judicial proceeding in the appropriate courts (article 79 of the Regulation).
